Vehicle Fit

Snow, ice, dirt, and dust can interfere or damage your windshield wipers and the motion transmission mechanism. A bent or damaged link can cause the wipers to not work or work incompletely. These parts will also cause an annoying squeaking when they wear out. In general replacing windshield wiper transmission parts is not difficult. This may vary on some applications. It requires basic tools and removal and installation of small body parts such as cowl vent grilles. This replacement wiper transmission arm may be just what you need to get your windshield wiper system working properly again.

1999 Ford F150 Wiper Transmission Replacement
After my Original wiper transmission broke on an icy morning I checked 1A Autos YouTube site for detailed instruction for removal and reinstallation of the wiper transmission. I went to 1A Autos site and researched and ordered both the transmission and a new motor as recommended. My order arrived in 6 days and I installed, as per YouTube instructions, in about 4 hrs time. About 1 hour of that reinstallation was referring back to YouTube for details such as transmission setup for reinstallation and proper wiper placement. All went well and I couldnt be more happy with 1A Auto. Quality parts and delivery. Thanks, 1A Auto for all the help because you probably saved me a few hundred dollars for this repair.
