This replacement serpentine belt tensioner is just what you need to get your vehicle in good working order again!   1. step : Remove the radiator coolant reservoir (1:05)
    • Disconnect the battery with an 8 mm wrench.
    • Unclip it with your flat blade screwdriver and unbolt the 10 mm bolt.
  2. step : Unbolt the engine mount. (1:40)
    • Support the engine.
    • Use a 15 mm socket and extension to remove the five bolts.
    • Pull out the engine mount.
    • Unclip the lines attached to it.
  3. step : Remove the serpentine belt tensioner (3:55)
    • Locate the diagram of your serpentine belt or draw one out to assist in re-installation.
    • Use a wrench on the belt tensioner to release the serpentine belt.
    • Unbolt the belt tensioner using a 15 mm wrench.
  4. step : Install the new serpentine belt tensioner (5:35)
    • Bolt the tensioner back in.
    • Use your diagram to figure out the routing.
    • Use your wrench to loosen the belt tensioner and get the serpentine belt on.
    • Bolt your engine mount back in using a 15 mm socket and ratchet.
    • Clip the lines back into place.
    • Clip your radiator reservoir back into place.
