Blower Resistor
The resistor solved the fan-speed problem. It was thicker than factory original that was defective; I widened the opening using a utility knife. Replacement was relatively simple.

2004 Chrysler Sebring air conditioner blower motor resister is easy to install and works great. Took me about 1 hour to install and I am a novice. My a/c fan was running only on the 3 and 4 setting and this did the trick so now it runs on all four settings, Jim Baker NC
