2012 VW Jetta sports wagon part fit perfectly. You need to buy a gasket also. Easy to install. I had to calibrate the throttle body after installation. The engine light wouldn't go off. The only method that worked for me was taking the car out on the highway getting it over 50 mph. I would accelerate and decelerate the car for a while. I drove about 15 miles. Brought it back home, shut down the car and restarted it and the engine light went out. I tried all the other methods to recalibrate the throttle body unit and none of them worked except driving it.

This should bolt up and function right out of the box. If not, you will have to follow this procedure. With the engine off, press the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor, switch the ignition on without starting the engine and hold the pedal for 20 seconds. Then release the pedal and remove the key from the ignition completely. Start the car normally and everything should be calibrated.
