I got these about 4 or 5 months ago and I would say get oem over these because now 4 months later I hear a loud what sounds to be metal on metal but nothing is rubbing. It is the ceramic brake pads I got with this set, they get hot or something and do not work well. I'm sorry 1a auto but everything I get from this site is slowly falling apart.

Brake pads and rotors work just like they should probably better then expected. There wasnt instructions in my box so I made sure to do my own bedding in process. First off make sure everything is lubed up and put together properly. The metal clips do go on top and must have pin ran through. I ran the truck down the road 45 mph hit brakes moderately hard to come to abrupt almost stop, never come to stop with brake pedal applied. The whole time.... then speed up to 50 or so hit brakes hard just like before did this 3 to 5 times once my truck seemed to not stop as easily I headed home never stopping driving normally. Then parked uphill so I came to a stop without using pedal. Left sit overnight only has to cool back down but me I like to over do things. Been using them atleast 500 miles and seem to work well. The coating on rotors also seem to be holding up I live in Pennsylvania so our conditions are a little harsh. Hasn't seen much salt yet tho but some and all is well. Recommend

This is the second time I have bought this brake combination. 2 separate vehicles, I will continue to buy this brake combination. Both vehicles stop on a dime. I live in western colorado so I deal with mountain roads and steep declines, I highly recommend.
