  1. step : Consulting Part 1 (0:05)
    • This is the second part of a two part video
    • Please consult part 1 for previous instructions
    • Perform the steps outlined in part 1
  2. step : Attaching the Axle (0:20)
    • Insert the axle shaft
    • Check that the axle is completely in its proper place
    • Insert the axle shaft into the hub
  3. step : Attaching the Strut (1:01)
    • Hold the brake line and ABS sensor wire out of the way
    • Manuever the strut into place with the steering knuckle
    • Make sure the strut bracket is lined up with the steering knuckle
    • Push the strut and steering knuckle together
    • Jack up the steering knuckle onto the strut
    • Insert the bolt
    • Attach the nut
    • Tighten the nut to 100 foot-pounds of torque
  4. step : Attaching the Sway Bar Link (2:25)
    • Insert the sway bar link
    • Move the brake line and ABS sensor wire into place
    • Clip the harness into place
    • Insert the bolt
    • Tighten the bolt
    • Tap the sway bar link into place with a hammer
    • Tighten the bolt with the 18mm wrench
  5. step : Connecting the Tie Rod End (3:39)
    • Insert the tie rod end
    • Attach the nut
    • Tighten the nut to 50 foot-pounds
    • Insert the cotter pin
    • Use the hammer to beat in the cotter pin
    • Bend the pin over
  6. step : Reinstalling the Brakes (4:21)
    • Please consult our brakes video for more detailed instructions
    • Tighten the larger bolts to 65 foot-pounds
    • Tighten the smaller bolts to 20 foot-pounds
  7. step : Attaching the Hub Hardware (4:42)
    • Attach the washer and hub bolt
    • If using impact tools, tighten the hub bolt
    • Otherwise this step will be performed with the car on the ground
    • Make sure the axle is going into the hub
  8. step : Reattaching the Wheel (5:16)
    • Slide the wheel in place
    • Attach the lug nuts
    • Tighten the lug nuts preliminarily in a star or crossing pattern
    • Lower the car to the ground
    • Tighten the center nut to 130 foot-pounds
    • Reattach the center cap, tapping it into place with the hammer
    • Tighten the lug nuts to between 80 and 100 foot pounds using the star pattern
  9. step : Road Testing the Vehicle (5:57)
    • Test the brakes at a low speed before road testing the vehicle
