Next time ill buy an oem one. This one was poorly made, the welding job obstructed the bolt holes to where I had to grind it down to try and get them to be able to go through properly, and then I had to drill out the existing holes because they didnt line up well with the block. Additionally the entire piece wasnt the same size and it wouldnt allow me to keep one of the axle shields in place because then the converter wasnt able to sit flush where it mounted. Even after i got it to sit flush, with the studs installed, I had to use a box wrench to tighten all four nuts because the welds on the part wouldn't allow a socket to be used. Lastly, the gasket that came with this fell apart, literally came apart into two pieces. Overall, a fairly simple job took twice as long all because this part was not very good.
