I received my side-view mirror within 2 or 3 days after placing the order. It was very easy to install and fit perfectly! The factory version, that would have cost four times as much, could not have fit any better! This was was 3rd purchase from 1A, and I have been very happy every time!

This part was a perfect fit on my 2004 Ram 2500. You need to pull the interior door panel off to get to the plug and 3ea10mm nuts. The old mirror had some clips on the power connector that made it a little difficult to pull out through the hole. New one slotted right in and I just drove 1200 miles towing. The mirror looks like factory, image is clear, adjusts properly and is totally satisfying my needs at a great price.

Trail Ridge driver side mirror is awesome. Can't tell it apart from the original Mopar on the passenger side. Looks exactly like the original, so don't hesitate as it's a perfect match. Seems super high quality and with no vibrations as I drive down the road. Mounted super tight. The hardware fit perfectly which is different from what you read about with the Amazon aftermarket mirrors. Install took 30 minutes. I was working at a leisurely pace. It could be done in 15. The mirrors and vision appear to to be perfect with no distortion or blur. The electric motor works fine as well. The motor might be a little louder than the original. Not sure, but it doesn't matter to me. Have not tried the defrost yet as it hasn't been freezing this week. Time will tell in terms of endurance. But, I have no reason to believe they will be any different than the OEM. My son looked and wondered if they were assembled for Mopar as well. FYI...I was glad to give 1A Auto some business and will purchase

I ordered both Driver side and passenger side mirrors to upgrade from the stock non-tow mirrors. The passenger mirror when it arrived looked like something have been dropped on the mirror while it was being shipped so the glass was broken (more than likely not 1aautos fault). I contacted 1aauto that night and by the next morning I had received an email back letting me know they would be sending out a whole new mirror, and I was free to do what i wanted with the old one. Couldnt ask for better customer service. The mirrors them self are great also look and function just like the stock tow mirrors from Dodge.
Well pleased with my replacement side view mirror.

Item arrived shortly after I ordered it. I was not sure that I could remove and replace the mirror myself, so I took it to a body shop to get the job done. It took him less than 15 minutes to complete the job and it he mirror matched the original equipment.

This is a perfect fit,you cant tell the difference between this part and the OEM,by the way,the insulation is thicker than OEM,and very fast delivery even with a huge snow storm ????

Certainly not fit and finish of factory mirror but a great replacement at a fraction of the dealer price. All functions work well and you wouldn't know it wasn't factory without extremely detailed inspection. Well worth the money!
