05 pathfinder strut shock kit

I recently installed a strut shock kit purchased from this site and I'm extremely impressed with the ride quality. The vehicle's suspension was never changed since purchase so I forgot what the ride felt like. Would buy these again. Fast shipping, highly recommend this site.

I purchased these a couple of weeks ago and had them installed. I have to say after a few hundred miles these shocks are remarkable. It's amazing how wonderful these are. they have restored my vehicle to it's original way and it's amazing. My ride is smooth once again and I am not bottoming out. If anyone is on the fence about these please don't, they work. Awesome 1A Auto for another awesome replacement part!!

I bought my son a used Nissan Pathfinder that rode rough. I bought these shocks based on price and availability. When I replaced the shocks I found that the 2005 Pathfinder still had original factory shocks. These new shocks improved the ride tremendously. I would not hesitate to purchase these shocks for any of my other vehicles.

If your vehicle doesn't match this set, I wouldn't take the risk. A Frontier NISMO off road is going to have longer shock/strut travel so I suspect this won't give you the articulation you need for off roading, in any case. I also remember many early Nissans (like Xterras) had a torsion bar in front rather than traditional struts.

Hey Charles, I put these on my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4WD V6. Im not an expert but I believe the Frontier in 2006 shares the same components as mine. Im not sure if the NISMO makes a difference.

Are these high performance shocks that can handle about 700 lbs. For a power wheelchair with my husband and the chair trailer? This is for a 2011 9V

I don't believe these are heavy duty, though you'd want to upgrade your springs if you wanted to add 700lbs to the back of the vehicle each time you drive it. So I think a stiffer spring is what you need.
