Recently my daughters rear passenger window simply dropped and would not re-engage. While searching for the possible problem I came across the 1A Auto Video showing how to replace the part yourself. Because the Video was so helpful in teaching me how to remove the device I felt that I owed it to 1A to purchase the product from them. Not only was their price half of others, the product shipped the same evening. I will most definitely keep these guys in mind for all future vehicle projects.

Easy to install using their YouTube video..I ended up replacing the drivers side too. Took less than 30 minutes GB or each side..

I purchased the part after watching one of 1A Autos youtube videos on how to replace a window regulator. An OEM version of the part was well over double the price I found on 1A Auto. When it arrived, I was easily guided by the youtube video on how to remove the door panel and broken regulator. I will definitely pick 1A auto next time I have an issue with my vehicle!

Perfect fit

Went right in. Perfect fit. After one week operating smoothly and quietly. Video was helpful but you do not have to remove the window. Simply tape it in the up position with something which will not allow the window to fall. While the window is up you can remove the old unit, install the new one and lower the window onto the bracket.

Purchased a window regulater

I ordered by phone from a lady named Donna who was a gem of a person. I told her how i watched the videos for putting in the window regulater and she told me that the owners of the company made the videos themselves. I asked three different mechanics what they would charge and from Acura %00.00 dollars, my own mechanic 380.00 and my girlfriends mechanic 280.00. I got it done for 80.00 dollars plus the 54.95 for the part! I can't believe how I have been ripped off all my life by not knowing how something was done. Thank you for your service!

Works great, easy to install

It works as well as the original regulator did for a fraction of the price of O.E. I installed another regulator a year ago on the other rear door and it has had no issues. The how-to video from 1aauto was great making installation easy.
