The Mercury Marquis was in production by Ford Motor Co. from '67 to '86. The Marquis started as a two door hardtop, incorporating a 330 hp 410 in³ engine and luxury equipment rounding out the interior. The next three years Mercury styled the Marquis after the Continental, striving to make a more affordable Lincoln clone. Hidden headlights and rear skirts were new to the second generation Marquis.
