Customer Q&A
Ask a question to 1A Auto customers who purchased the product
What is the number on the input speed sensor and what is the number for the output speed sensor yes this is a question??????
Terry A May 3, 2017
The output speed sensor part number through us would be 1ATRS00139, while the input speed sensor would be our part number 1ATRS00140.
Alex P May 3, 2017
Where is the speed sensor located in Kia spectra?
David M May 29, 2017
On top of the transmission on the drivers side. Below the brake fluid reservoir
Susan R May 29, 2017
What year is your Spectra?
Alex P May 30, 2017
You have to remove the air intake tube and theyre located on top of the transmission be careful they were a tight fit I had a pound a man with a piece of woodEnter an answer to this question.
Richard M June 2, 2017
Is the out put sensor on the right or left side?
Bobbie C July 25, 2017
If memory serves correct the Output is on the right and the input is on the left. But I would always replace the pair because it is easy to do, but more important they need to work in tandem and if one goes the other may not be far behind. Just like head lights, replace in pairs.
Daniel G July 25, 2017
Output Would be on your left side.
Tramain B July 25, 2017
Hellowhere is input speed sensor located on kia sedona 2006?Am I looking at tge right sensor?
Abdel A November 14, 2018
The Kia has two of those. One easy to get to the other one was on top and you have to take the shift cable loose to get access to it
Kermit P November 15, 2018
Will this part make the car have no power out of the hole?
Arthur P April 16, 2019
Without a valid speed signal from these sensors, the PCM will not be able to correctly control the shifting of gears within the transmission. This may cause the transmission to shift roughly or more quickly than normal. The vehicle will still have power.

Perfect fit and part for my Sonata
My 2008 Hyundai Sonata was dragging through the gears periodically and kept getting errors codes for transmission or speed sensors. The simple approach was to replace the sensors since it was a significantly less expense. After install the car ran beautifully and still does 10K later. Price, service and fast shipping make 1AAuto a great DIY partner.

car parts
they somewhat helped part of my car problem still working on the other problem

Not quite right
I bought these as a set and only 1 was able to clip to the connectors for my car properly. I compared the sensor that has the straight up connector with my stock one and the sensors made just too long to clip properly into the connector. I will have to take a few CM off the front of it so the connector clips in properly. The sensors work fine, but the need to retro fit one was a tad bothersome.

Got me out of a tough situation!
I just paid rent plus bills, got groceries and filled the tank when my car decided to stop passing 20 mph. I went to auto shops and mechanics and they wanted to charge me 3-4 times the amount I spent here at 1aauto.com. Thank you lots!!

Dead on arrival
My car had 2 instances of the failed input/output sensor symptoms,,, for an 05 Santa fe. Went into limp mode, but I was able to put in neutral, then drive and it was fine. Happened one time. So I chose to replace the sensors expecting the sensors were failing. When I put in the 1Aauto sensors and test drove the car jerked, and set a DTC light P0715 and P0720 and went into limp mode. Could barely drive. Both codes are for input & output sensors. Put the originals back in and it worked fine. I replaced them with Genuine Hyundai sensors and have been problem free since. 1Aauto only offers replacements, not refunds for electronic components. While I can appreciate the lifetime "replacement" warranty, it is so not worth the effort and labor of frequently replacing them, waiting on replacement shipping and the vehicle downtime. Cant recommend! Do yourself a favor and get OEM when it comes to sensors irregardless of what brand vehicle you drive.
