  1. step : Removing the Skid Plate and Draining the Coolant (1:01)
    • Disconnect your negative battery cable with a 10mm wrench
    • Remove the 10mm bolts from the skid plate
    • Place a drain pan underneath the radiator
    • Pull the drain plug and drain the fluid
  2. step : Removing the Intake (1:58)
    • Remove the two 10mm nuts from the name plate
    • Remove the 10mm bolt from the hose clamp
    • Loosen the two hose clamps from the air intake tube with a Phillips screwdriver
    • Disconnect the air sensor
    • Move the air intake to the side
  3. step : Removing the Radiator Fan (2:31)
    • Slide the clamp from the radiator hose
    • Remove the hose from the radiator
    • Disconnect the overflow tube
    • Remove the bottom two bolts from the fan shroud
    • Loosen the top bolts from the fan shroud
    • Hold the radiator fan with a 12mm wrench
    • Remove the other three bolts with a 12mm wrench
    • Thread one of the bolts on backwords
    • Jar a flat blade screwdriver to hold the assembly to remove the last bolt
    • Remove the last two bolts from the fan shroud
    • Manuever the radiator fan and shroud up and out
  4. step : Installing the Radiator Fan (5:03)
    • Insert the fan and shroud into place at the same time
    • Insert the four bolts to the shroud
    • Insert the four nuts to the radiator fan
    • Torque the bolts between 15-16 foot-pounds
    • Insert the radiator hose into place
    • Slide the radiator hose clamps into place
    • Reconnect the overflow tube
  5. step : Installing the Intake (6:22)
    • Insert the air intake hose into place
    • Tighten the two hose clamps with a Phillips screwdriver
    • Insert the 10mm bolt to the hose clamp
    • Insert the two 10mm nuts to the name plate
    • Connect the air wiring sensor
  6. step : Reinstalling the Skid Plate (6:59)
    • Tighten the radiator drain plug
    • Insert the skid plate into place
    • Tighten the bolts to the skid plate
  7. step : Refilling the Coolant (7:12)
    • Refill the radiator directly with the recommended amount
    • Reconnect the negative battery cable
    • Turn the car on and make sure it reaches the operating temperature
    • Let the engine cool down
    • Check the coolant level
    • Fill any necessary fluid to the recommended amount
