Fit my 2012 Subaru Impreza just fine. Subaru wanted $900 for factory cat. 2 complaints with this cat : 1. There was welding slag all over the downstream mounting flange, including inside the threaded holes for the mounting studs. Had to deal with slag before studs would thread in. 2. This cat makes a weird noise when accelerating. It's a harmonic thing resulting from air flow through the thing. Metallic, rattly type sound. Goes away when you let off the gas. My car has over 200,000 miles on it and I just wanted something cheap that would solve my check engine light problem (catalytic converter), which this did. If I had a newer, nicer car, I probably would not be satisfied with this unit because of the noise it makes.

dear sirs, Purchased this part two to three weeks ago, #1accdoo338 for my outback . The stud holes on the exhaust were filled with welding slag. It me and a friend two hours to fix it . Just put it in today after fixing it so it could be used . I think taht if you sell more someone better check them first or people will return them as being bad. Thank you, Garland crump

Subaru dealership wanted $4500 to change the part. I simply reused the shields I already had and installed it. Cost me $600 for parts and labor.
