Complete Strut Assembly & Shock Absorber Kit TRQ SKA61012 - 1ASSP01281

Part Details

  • Quantity: 4 Piece Set

In the past, replacing struts required specialized tools to compress, remove and transfer the old spring and mount.  Pre-assembled with all new parts, our complete strut and spring assemblies make this job much quicker and easier for the do-it-yourself mechanic.

Each complete strut & spring assembly contains:

  • Upper Strut Mount
  • Strut Bearing
  • Coil Spring
  • Boot & Bumper Kit
  • Gas-charged Strut
Direct Fit

Fits and functions correctly.  Competitors combine applications to reduce the amount of parts they carry, resulting in: incorrect vehicle height, poor response and an uncomfortable ride.

Rigorously Tested

Made from higher quality materials than the competition. Built to have a longer life in any environment or road conditions.

Pre-Assembled

Loaded strut & spring assemblies allow for a quicker, safer install than bare struts.  No spring compressor required!

Trouble-Free Install

Includes the matched parts needed. New components over reused parts provide a better ride and save you from having to repair again.

Matched Parts

Not all shocks and struts are manufactured the same.  Mixing and matching can result in ride quality issues and decrease the life of the parts.

Saves Time & Money

Over buying the parts individually, or having to search different parts that are correct for your vehicle (because we did it for you!)

Timely shipping and good fit and performance.
I didn't want to spend the money to have my Traverse fitted with new struts and shocks so I ordered a kit from 1A and it arrived quickly. I had no issues with the install after watching the videos available and my ride has improved and should be good for another 100k miles.

Perfect fit great price
Watched the video and decided to give it a try. The customer service person I spoke to was very helpful and got the correct parts to me in a very reasonable shipping time. I was able to do a job that was quoted to me at 1100.00 from a shop for 300.00. Took a total of about 6 hrs.

Could you please tell me who this Shock & Strut Kit - 1ASSP01281 is manufactured by? Thanks for your time.
Bruce S on Oct 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: We have a few different aftermarket companies build these parts specifically for us, as our 1A Auto house brand. They are manufactured to the same OEM specifications as the original part that came with your vehicle. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The new quick strut is not slotted. Is that something that should be done when aligned?
Nicholas H on Apr 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I had my local garage install them for me and they did a alignment for me as well
