  1. step : Removing the Door Panel (0:38)
    • Pry off the trim piece inside the door pull with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Remove the Phillips head screw inside the door pull
    • Pry up the window switch panel with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Disconnect the window switch wiring harnesses
    • Disconnect the mirror switch wiring harness
    • Disconnect the trunk switch wiring harness
    • Pry off the trim piece at the front top corner of the door panel with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Remove the Phillips head screw inside the door handle
    • Remove the two Phillips head screw inside the door pull
    • Disconnect the courtesy light
    • Lift the door panel up and off
  2. step : Removing the Inner Door Panel (2:02)
    • Disconnect the cables from the door handle
    • Disconnect the door lock wiring harness
    • Disconnect the harnesses from the inner door panel
    • Remove sixteen 10mm bolts on the black inner door panel
    • Remove the two 10mm bolts from the silver discs on the black inner door panel
    • Hold on to the window when removing the last 10mm bolt
    • Lower the window down into the door
    • Pull the harness out of the door panel and push the rubber harness through the inner door panel
  3. step : Removing the Window Regulator (4:08)
    • Remove the two 10mm bolts that hold the window to the regulator
    • Raise the window by hand and pull it up and out
    • Pull the window regulator out through the door
  4. step : Installing the New Window Regulator (4:55)
    • Attach the regulator to the inner door panel
    • Attach the 10mm screws to the regulator onto the inner door panel
    • Attach the two 10mm bolts from the silver discs onto the inner door panel
    • Feed the panel into place
    • Tighten the rest of the 10mm screws to the inner door panel
    • Remove the caps on the inner door panel with a razor blade
    • Reconnect the window harnesses to the switch panel
    • Adjust the regulator until the window clips are visible
    • Lower the window, place the front into the track, then the rear
    • Slide the window onto the clips in the regulator
    • Attach the 10mm bolts to the regulator
    • Replace the covers on the inner door panel
    • Reconnect the harness clips into the door panel
  5. step : Reinstalling the Door Panel (8:16)
    • Connect the door lock wiring harness
    • Re-clip the lock rod and attach the lock rod to the door handle
    • Push the harnesses through the door panel
    • Align the door panel and push it into place
    • Reattach the courtesy light
    • Tighten the Phillips screws in the pull handle
    • Tighten the Phillips head screw inside the door handle
    • Reconnect the switch panel
    • Push the switch panel down into place
    • Tighten the Phillips screw in the switch panel
    • Replace the trim piece at the front top corner of the door panel

Better than the one that failed
I didnt install this for several months after making the purchase as the old one was still working. When installed, I found that when using the auto up feature the window would go up and then come back down part way. I am assuming this is an over current feature to protect someone from harm, and that it is out of calibration. The problem is not worth my time to remove and replace at this point.

Window regulator
You should check your earlier correspondence with me on this part as it did not meet oem specifications. The window when put up in the Auto mode would indeed go up but once it topped out it would retract 1/4 of the way down. You have offered to send me another regulator , at no charge to me, in hopes that this on will work properly.

Everything was there and worked as it should. Still had to set the upper and lower limits for the auto feature to work but seems like that is the case with after market units. It wouldve had five stars if it came preset.

This regulator came earlier than expected. We had watched the video before buying and very glad we did, because installation took about 35 minutes. So this, we are grateful for the easy install. However, we now think theres a relay issue as the window rolls up and down, but after its up, it autos down about 5-6 inches. Then we have to inch it back up to close, because if we do it quickly, itll come back down 5-6 inches. Otherwise, we are very happy with this purchase and the companys promise!

Not oem quality but works
The product fits fine but seems the electric motor is a bit weak. I adjusted the track and still had a hard time getting the window up. Finally had to lube the window guides to get it to roll up. Struggles in the winter time. Works but like I said not oem quality

Worked great - perfect fit - Best price
This part was a perfect fit for my sons 2005 Altima 3.5L SE. I followed the video from 1AAuto and it went very smoothly after getting the door panel off. The door panel was different than what was shown in the video, however I was able to find another one that helped with the initial portion, then it was smooth sailing. The auto-up and down worked just like the original. On top of all that it was the best price I found and it was delivered quickly. Very happy with my purchase and 1AAuto.

This was the correct part
I got the correct part and I would recommend it to anyone. It was really easy to install thanks to the video available on your website. The video is a little hard to hear in some parts and more close ups showing bolt placement would help a lot. After a few tries I got it installed correctly and it works great now.

Very good price and had an istructional video
This window regulator was a very good price, less than half the price OReilys wanted. What really sold me on it was the easy to follow video on exactly how to replace it. I found the video online first and then decided to by the part from the video creator, A1 Auto. I dont work on cars much and never heard of them. But after checking out their return police (that to me is a key on the integrity of a company) I decided to use them. I didnt have any issues and didnt need to return anything but felt confident it would have been easy if I needed to. A1 Auto will be more first choice if I need to fix anything in the future.
