My first issue concerns shipping. I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon and requested 2nd business day delivery. When I did not receive my order by the 3rd day, I called and was informed the parts were not sent on time for me to receive 2nd day. The orders was sent on 2nd business day, thus I received the brake parts on the 4th business day. However, your firm was very quick about accepting the responsibility and immediately informed me my shipping charges would be credited back to my Paypal account. My second disappointment was that my order for the pads and rotors did not include the hardware for the pads. Ive never purchased disc pads before that didnt include the hardware, so it took me by surprise. Nonetheless, I cleaned the existing hardware and still installed pads and rotors. Everything is working fine. Weve put over 700 miles on the car, and there are no issues. However, I will continue to use your products. I still enjoy the tax free purchases, your free delivery, and your lower than averages prices for the parts I purchase from IA. Actually, I just purchased rear brake shoes and rotors and a torque strut engine mount for my 2003 Camry. I have been satisfied with what 1A provides for my vehicles. However, you still get a 4-star rating for this one. I already purchased additional products from 1A--rear brake shoes and drums for my 2003 Camry

The parts were more than I expected for the price. Cross-drilled rotors with brake pads for front and rear for $146..... That is just unheard of. We will be purchasing as much as we can in the future from 1A AUTO. Thank you guys. RS

Bought this brake kit after checking prices at 5 different local auto part stores. I saved $132.00 by ordering these on line! Most of the local stores did not have all parts i was needing and was going to be at least a week to order them then I would have to go back to pick up. Ordered these on a Wednesday and they delivered to my home on Friday. I didn't even have to pay shipping. You've made a customer for life.

Ya que quiere la llanta listo para poner las partes me Doy cuenta que alguien se equivoc en la orden me mandan partes equivocadas y el trabajo que pase de poner todas las partes de regreso a mi caso frustrado sin frenos y para lo peor contacto el servicio al cliente pudiendo que me regresen mi dinero y yo regresare las partes que se equivoc alguien de departamento de shipping. Resulta que quieren que yo pague el envo de regreso y aparte silo me quieren regresar el 50% del costo. Al final de cuentas no se que are pero eso s jams comprare ms partes de mi carro ehh est pgina de Internet espero que no les pase lo mismo a nadie ms. I have installed many brake pads on rotors on my 2008 Nissan Altima. The brakes were never as good as they were when the car was new. I had to shave all the pads that came with the rotors! None of the pads were perfect fit! Gaved me hard time to fit it in properly...For this reason 2 stars only...

The whole kit came complete with everything I needed to replace the pads and rotors including brackets and brake grease. They were exact fit so it was easy to install with minimal hassle. The overall quality is great, Ive had them on my car for a few weeks now, and theyve worked great.

I am very satisfied with these brakes. They were a perfect fit and have excellent stopping performance, much better than the standard OEM brakes. I wouldn't say these are "true" performance brakes but they work more than well enough for daily driving and have the added benefit of looking pretty cool. My only complaint is that these can be quite dusty and get dirty quickly as a result. Also, if you don't clean these brakes regularly, the dust will build up and cause a loud sqeeking sound. With regular cleaning though, these work very well.
