My 2004 Mercedes E320 had been experiencing vibration while stopped at traffic lights or when trans was on 'D' drive. The mount kit from 1A auto fixed the problem. Now my car is as smooth as when it was new thanks to 1A auto. I have purchased many parts from 1A auto in the past and never had a Quality issues.

Yes. It is direct fit. The exhaust will need to be disconnected to fit engine mounts. Not a huge deal.

I have a 2004 SL500. Vibration was only noticeable at "stop lights" and very minimal, yet out of place in such a great car. I replaced all three mounts, When I got them out the transmission mount looked almost new and only the left motor mount was "leaking", but I think I did the right thing to change them all, The car is now smooth as silk. I don't know how to address the "money back" request, but will say if it is the "mounts" that are causing your vibration, it will only get worse 'til you replace them and I'm so pleased whenever 1AAuto has the parts I need... they are great to deal with and have the best customer service. They will actually talk to you on the phone, with a real "Live" person and provide little bonus things, like this "answer this question" bonus.
