No air blowing through vents on any speed?
Ken H May 22, 2020
My guess is that you have changed that actuator yet no luck so next I would have the blower motor tested to see if it has gone bad.
C H May 22, 2020
I only had low speed. I bought this unit and installed it my self and now I have a speeds working
Dennis H May 22, 2020
Thanks for your inquiry. There could be multiple reasons why youre having this particular problem. We suggest taking your vehicle to a nearby reputable shop to identify the cause. Once you know the cause, well be happy to see if we carry the parts and how-to videos needed for your repair.
Adam G May 22, 2020
This resistor controls the higher speeds. If only 1 speed is working it may need to be replaced. I have replaced mine in a 2010 Ford Escape twice. The videos on line were informative. Tight quarters but pretty easy to replace and I am not a mechanic by any means. Good luck!

An Adequate Replacement
This is the second time I have ordered a blower motor resistor for my 2008 Mercury Mariner. The part arrived very quickly, even sooner than estimated. The part was a perfect fit. The "how-to" video on the site, along with others I found on the internet were very helpful in replacing the part. I just hope that this resistor lasts longer than the last one I installed.

Heater/AC fan speed control restored
When I was left only with the highest fan speed on my 2009 Ford Escape I googled the problem and was surprised this was a common problem. Further search yielded a great instructional vid along with good price and shipping cost from 1A Auto. I received the item in couple of days with regular mail. Note: if you have a problem with uncoupling the electrical connector, remove the blower motor resistor first, then uncouple.

great find
After about two years of putting up with one speed (high) on my fan in my F150 truck, I finally found out it was the resistor for the fan. I ordered this for about $25.00 and in 25 minutes I had it installed. Ford Motor Co.wanted $100.00 to look for the problem.

Exactly what I needed.
Exelent product. Shipping was faster than expected. Did exactly what I hoped it would do. Before the heat and a/c would only blow out when on the highest setting now it works great on all the settings. I would definitely recommend this product if you are having the same problem as I was.

The part came quickly, was easy to install, and works as expected. I can’t comment on durability yet because I’ve only had it for 3 weeks, but so far so good.

The part ordered was due to you tell me (googeld) what was wrong with my truck.. I am far from being a mechanic but I ordered the part from you.. it came real quick. The link sent with it was great and because of that it took only a few minutes to install the part and correct the problem. The link showed how to install the part

Right diagnosis and part
Thought I was going to have to replace my blower motor but with help from 1aauto they directed me to the real problem. Fan worked on high speed and only needed a new resistor to bring back lower speeds. Their video showed me how to replace it with ease and save a trip to a repair shop and save me a bunch of money. Thanks

Works Perfectly!
The fan on my 2010 Ford F-150 XLT formerly worked only on level 4. This part fit my truck perfectly and my fan now works great. The 1A Auto YouTube video also helped greatly. I’ve had this part installed for 2 weeks no, and no issues. I highly recommend!
