Loved ordering from the site it was made easy and quick and felt more like a home town store than a website. Only downside was my bed sides has dings in the corners from shopping. Cutting wheels, either welder or panel epoxy, sander, bondo, finish cream, sand paper from rough to fine, primer, sanding block, spray gun, paint, tape and plastic so rest of truck doesnt get painted.

You will need a grinder with cut off disk a welder if you plan to weld the panel and some panel adhesive for the areas you cannot access to weld, clamps and of course some body work after. A spot weld drill bit would be highly recommended also.The panel is a great fit...it is a very time consuming job and I can guarantee you if you have rust showing thru the outside of your panel you will need to do some rebuilding of the inner fender well lip. The rust will be twice as bad as you think. Check your rocker panels as well these trucks are notorious for those rusting away too.

You need to cut out the old and either weld or glue the panels in. The fit and quality of the product was better than expected. Would recommend professional insulation.

Yes but won't look very good. You need to cut out all the rust and tthen decide how much of the wheel arch you need to use. Cut the wheel arch and trace on your truck then cut it. Place it in and make several takcks but don't get it to hot. Then take a grinder grind it all down. Then body filler and primer and paint.

I first trimmed the panel to cover the rusted area. Then I placed the panel onto the vehicle and marked the outline. Then I cut out the area out cutting 1/2 inch inside the line. Then I flanged the area the panel was being applied to and tacked it in place. You can apply the panel directly over any existing metal but then it's standing high, it depends on what you are shooting for for a finished look. Hope this helps...
