Easy to install once I figured to press the ball into the socket after removing retaining clip. Save and reuse existing hood bolts as they are not supplied. HUGE discount over Acura struts which were a five week delivery item from local dealer.

Fits very well. It takes a little moving of the hood, up and down. That is not a part problem but just getting the strut to fit the screw connections.
