If you cant find any other mirror in the price range of this one, then this one will do BUT its very noisy while doing any in town or hwy driving. I believe its the divets on the covers causing the whistle because my passenger side mirror makes the same noises now and it didn't before and I didn't have to replace the passenger side mirror. .only the drivers side mirror assembly and the passenger side mirror rear cover.

Everything was okay with the mirror. Need to be specific about if its heated or not. Wanted a heated mirror, and thought thats what I ordered, but didnt get that. Big thing is that I paid for 2nd day air shipping and took 5 days to get here. With the Holiday in the middle, should be 3 days max. And packaging was all tore up. Horrible shipping.

My son was backing out of our driveway, and inadvertently broke the driver's side mirror on my 2015 Ford F-150 truck. My niece, who works for a body and paint shop, recommended your business as a practical and less expensive solution.I ordered the part from your warehouse, and the product was shipped in a timely manner. My niece's shop replaced the mirror in 15 minutes, and I saved several hundred dollars over the Ford dealer's list price. I was thoroughly satisfied!

The mirror came well packed and looked better than the original. They even threw in a new plastic shroud for the passenger side so the old plastic wouldnt stand out. The installation video links were a nice touch as well. Installation took less than 10 minutes.

The mirror shipped out to me in 4 business days which isn't bad for free shipping. Install went pretty smoothly for switching out the stock mirror and putting in the aftermarket. I just had two complaints about this, the additional cover for the passenger side mirror doesn't fit a stock side view mirror. I ended up breaking it. Second, like someone else stated in their review, at highway speeds, 70 MPH, you can hear the wind outside where the mirror was installed. So that is annoying. Overall easy install but it isn't stock so just be aware before you buy.

Easy to install, but a couple of issues that are annoying. 1. When driving, mirror glass shakes at the slightest bump in the road. 2. Disappointed in the stiffness of the mirror to stay in place while going thru a car wash. Had mirror folded in towards truck, then when brushes went by they pulled my mirror back to the standard position and then even to the outer position.

Mirror is a great fit, read some reviews about the mirror shaking which it does a little but honestly no idea if it is any worse than the factory unit and probably only noticed it because I was looking out for it. Barely noticeable on mine. I will say it does not have the defrost indicator etched into the mirror which made me question if the feature is supported but I actually replaced the skull cap with the factory one and saw the wires so it must. Didn't care for the design of the skull cap but my factory mirror cap was in fine shape so just replaced it. All in all saved me about $300 and with the factory skull cap it looks like a factory unit. Easy install. I would recommend this product for sure and A1 delivered timely.
Mounting bolts missing from driver-side mirror

I ordered the driver side mirror which did not have the mounting bolts/studs sticking out of the mirror when it arrived. The picture of the one I ordered clearly showed them sticking out as well as the video shows them in place and ready to mount and bolt in.I tried calling in, but there was a 62 minute wait. I waited for a bit but had other things to do. I returned later and in digging thru the shipping box found two loose bolts laying in the bottom of the box, one of them under the box flap. I was able to screw them into the mirror manually and mount the mirror. If this is the way they are shipped this should be noted and the video and pictures changed to reflect this. If this is a one-off I wonder what type of manufacturing quality checks you have on these. If they are shipped separately you should make this well known. One other note for the video. You should probably put something in it to alert people to block/protect below these two mounting bolts when you are removing or instal

TOOK A COUPLE OF CALLS TO GET THE CORRECT OWER CONNECTION BUT THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT. THE MIRROR THEY SHIPPED I REPLACED IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. MIRROR HAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT EXTERNAL APPEARENCE THAN THE OEM BUT IT WORKS WELL AND ALL THE ACCESSORIES WORKED AS BEFORE.

Fits good. Looks like OEM. The spring mechanism to fold it in is not as strong so it can shake when out there there are high winds or when you fold it in to go through the car wash it can easily unfold.

I am happy with the driver's side mirror replacement for the Ford OEM part. Works well, looks great, and I was easy to install. I had to do this years ago with the passenger side and the Ford dealership charged me like $1600 for the part and labor. When it came time to replace my driver's side, I found 1A Auto and did the replacement myself. I avoid the Ford dealership service department like plague.

The mirror was a perfect fit. 1A auto video gave me the confidence to make this replacement myself. It was as easy as it looked. I thought the original gasket looked to be better quality than the replacement so I used the original.

Yes. I received the back cap for passenger mirror when I when I replaced the entire drivers side mirror so they would match. The cap is difficult to remove. 1 of 4 plastic clips broke off the original cap but did not affect the clip slots. The new back cap snapped back on with some pressure.

Depending on the vehicle, it does not always match the original (often with tow mirrors), but our mirrors are designed to be made to the same specifications as the original mirrors on the vehicle.

I tried but it wouldn't fully snap in, however, I was able to install the original back on and that snapped easily back into place. So my mirrors look different, but you have to really have an eye for detail and know the truck to catch that I think.

Thank you for your inquiry, Larry! The mirror should come just as pictured with the two mounting studs already on the mirror. You will have to reuse the other two bolts that bolt into the mirror on the right hand side of the base.
