I ordered this pair of shocks, only to receive one when the parts arrived. I called the customer support. Waited 10 minutes to speak to someone. Apparently, whoever took the order must have keyed it in wrong?? I explained that I was waiting for the part to get to me on the day it was coming so I could have the repair done for my vehicle. Looks like I will be waiting longer!

Has anyone installed this in a 2016 Expedition that did not previously have air suspension? Looking for information on that install process.

These rear air springs are only listed to be compatible for models that were originally equipped with Air Suspension. These will not function properly on models that did not come equipped with that option and we would not suggest purchasing, thank you.
