Had a blown rear shock on my 2007 Civic coupe lx. Bought these and replaced both shocks and kept the original springs in. Rides like new now!
Springs are too big.

The shocks are great.. my car feels great again. But I have to send the springs back because they are the wrong set.. too big. They are nearly twice the size of the original ones.

Is it always good to replace the coil springs when I replace the rear shocks the previous owner of my 06 honda civic coupe ex lowered the car so I just trying to bring it back up?

Its actually a 3 part kit. without the part that goes in the middle of the spring means that shock and spring wears out extremely fast. This just happened to me in my 2006 Honda Civic EX. Sounds like there are some Haters of Honda's out there or they just don't want to spend the extra 100 dollars to make sure you are safe driving at a High rate of speed.
