  1. step : Disconnecting the Battery (0:25)
    • Loosen the 10mm nut on the negative terminal
    • Set the negative terminal aside
  2. step : Removing the Air Intake (0:34)
    • Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the breather hose from the intake tube
    • Loosen the hose clamps on the intake tube with a 10mm socket and ratchet
    • Work the hose off the throttle body and mass air flow meter
    • Remove the air intake
  3. step : Removing the Starter (1:46)
    • Disconnect the wiring harness
    • Remove the rubber cap from the power wire
    • Loosen the 12mm bolt from the power wire cable
    • Disconnect the cable
    • Loosen the 17mm bolt from the top of the starter
    • Remove the 14mm bolt from the bottom of the starter
    • Remove the 10mm bolts from the bracket holding the shift cable
    • Remove the bracket
    • Remove the 17mm bolt
    • Remove the starter
  4. step : Installing the Starter (6:50)
    • Remove the nut, lock washer, and washer from the new starter
    • Insert a 14mm bolt into the bottom of the starter
    • Lower the starter into place
    • Tighten the 14mm bolt
    • Tighten the 17mm bolt into the top of the starter
    • Torque the 14mm bolt to 41 foot-pounds
    • Torque the 17mm bolt to 55 foot-pounds
    • Insert the bracket with the shift cable into place
    • Tighten the 10mm bolt to the bracket
    • Insert the cable into place
    • Place the washer, lock washer, and nut on
    • Tighten the 13mm nut
    • Place the rubber boot on
    • Connect the wiring harness
  5. step : Installing the Air Intake (11:27)
    • Insert the intake tube into place
    • Connect the breather hose
    • Tighten the hose clamps with a 10mm socket
  6. step : Connecting the Battery (12:40)
    • Connect the negative terminal
    • Tighten the terminal with a 10mm socket

Replace starter
Iam so glade I found 1A Auto the videos on how to replace parts on your car are excellent they truly helped me more than I can say the information on the videos are straightforward and to the point but better yet they had better prices then I could find locally I had to replace a starter on my 2005 Altima after the video I had no problem replacing it plus the one I got from 1AAuto was a brand new starter guaranteed to fit my Altima they saved me a lot of money plus no core charge all the auto parts wanted a core charge . I have use and will always buy from 1A Auto love your prices and videos great job keep up the good work

Problem hopefully solved
Would not t crank,just click, after checking all fuses and a few choice comments checked again and the battery fuse was problem.
