Does the connection wires come with the kit?

No wires are required. These are for an air suspension system. These occur after the air pump lines and sit directly on top of the strut. They are basically plug and play. The vehicle should attempt to auto level shortly after plugging the air connector. Assembly basically includes jacking up car so you can remove tire. Always use jack stands. I also recommend one side at a time. Remove wheel. In trunk, gain access to top of existing shock component, remove retainer clips, remove air line. Back outside, in wheel well, tilt old shock down and out. Reverse operation to reinstall. It took me about 20 minutes total to do both sides.
