All parts we carefully packaged. Although, whomever packaged the kit didn't inspect them for accuracy after produced. The threads on the tie rod ends were extremely flawed. The threads were flat on one side (obviously not salvagable or able to use). Called customer service, received partial refund though I spent more on new parts locally.

I bought this kit for my truck before realizing that this kit does NOT include the tie rod adjustment sleeves, and they sell another kit AT THE SAME PRICE that does include them! My bad. All of these parts are quality. They match the original parts and are therefore easy to install. Coincidentally 1A recently released videos on how to replace these on my truck just a few months ago. The videos were thorough and gave me the confidence to do the job.

Do not worry about buying from 1A they are not out to get the little man. They are here for us. This item "front end rebuild for a dodge ram" is way better than buying peice by peice. This kit is simple and will save you a lot of time and money. Instead of doing what I did with my last dodge and buying 1 peice at a time chasing the issue I bought this kit and over a month later still impressed. I spent about 1200 dollars rebuilding my last dodges front end and going to 3 alligments during the 1st rebuild is crazy to think about. I'm not a person with deep pockets so I don't enjoy wasting money or time and with this kit you won't. If there is any issue with this kit or any other product 1A sells they don't ask any questions they will either send you a new part or give you your money back. I was very scared when I made my first purchase and even more nervous with my issue with a part and they maybe all my worries go away. If i have a lift kit would this still work?

Yes but it wont last long once you lift a truck it throws off the geometry of the truck so ball joints and tie rods wears faster The fix for that is modded spindles but Im not sure were to find a set and Im sure its expensive
