I haven't had the opportunity to contact my auto mechanic for the installation of the parts ordered. I will send a response from him after he installs the parts. He did like the side view mirror I ordered in November.

These struts cost $33. I didnt even bother checking with the dealership. Easy to install. I forgot that the rear hatch door actually goes up by itself when the struts work right.

Ever have your rear hatch come down and hit you in the middle of your back? I never order products online and sure enough I gave 1A Auto a try and not only was navigating easy and straightforward but checkin out was just as simple. Within a few days I had the exact item I ordered and after inspecting the product, came to the conclusion that Ill be ordering from 1A from now on.

As promised by1AAuto, the parts arrived on time (Jan 21, 2021) and they were a very good fit for my 2002 Lexus RX 300. Even though this is my first installation, after some trial and error, I managed to properly install the lift supports. My experience is shared here for first-timers like me. Three of the 4 bolt holes in each lift support (two in the lower body-side connection, and the lower bolt hole in the upper hatch-side connection) are "oval" shaped. This really helped in adjusting and aligning the new lift support with the exiting 4 bolt holes and achieve a good final fit. UNINSTALL: To uninstall the old lift support and to install the new one, make sure the rear hatch is opened and well supported to avoid accidents. I used a step-ladder and it provided a perfect snug support throughout the installation. 1) First, remove the two bolts from the bottom "body-side" connection. 2) Next, remove the "top" bolt first from the top "hatch-side" connection. 3) Finally, twist t
