Its hard to find shocks for a first gen Jeep Grand Cherokee with the factory Up Country suspension. Most parts say "not with Up Country..." These shocks (this set) do in fact fit the Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ with Up Country suspension. Fronts fit perfectly. Rear shocks required some fitting of the lower mount in order to fit my lower frame mounting brackets. (You will need a lot of filing or a grinder or cut off wheel. Had to trim about 1/8th inch.) The shocks perform very well, on and off road. Hope this helps other ZJ owners out there looking for replacement shocks.
