How to Replace License Plate Lenses Bulbs 2011-17 Toyota Camry

1. step 1 :Removing the License Plate Lenses & Bulbs 0:29

   • Use a trim tool to remove the 13 body trim clips from the felt trunk liner
   • Remove the felt trunk liner
   • Disconnect the bulb electrical connector
   • Push the trunk tabs toward one another to push out the plate light assembly
   • Grab the lens to pull out the light assembly
   • Use a flat blade screw driver to remove the lens from the assembly
   • Pull the bulb out from the connector

2. step 2 :Replacing the License Plate Lenses & Bulbs 2:15

   • Replace the bulb with a new 194 bulb
   • Replace the lens
   • Line up and insert the light assembly and press the tabs inside the trunk to secure the assembly with a flat blade screwdriver if needed
   • Reconnect the electrical connector
   • Pull the emergency release through the opening in the liner
   • Line up the felt trunk liner
   • Replace the 13 body trim clips, starting with the center clip
