How to Replace Blower Motor 1996-2004 Nissan Pathfinder

1. step 1 :Removing the Door Frame Foot Panel 0:31

   • Pry up the door frame foot trim panel with trim tools
   • Remove the 10mm bolt from the corner trim foot panel
   • Remove the plastic nut from the corner trim foot panel by hand
   • Pry off the corner trim foot panel

2. step 2 :Removing the Blower Motor 1:34

   • Disconnect the wiring harness with a flat blade screwdriver
   • Disconnect the blower motor hose by hand
   • Remove the 8mm bolts from the blower motor
   • Remove the blower motor

3. step 3 :Installing the Blower Motor 3:58

   • Insert the blower motor into place
   • Tighten the 8mm bolts to the blower motor
   • Connect the blower motor hose by hand
   • Connect the wiring harness to the blower motor

4. step 4 :Installing the Door Frame Foot Panel 6:03

   • Press the corner trim foot panel into place by lining it up with the clip on the vehicle
   • Tighten the 10mm bolt to the corner trim foot panel
   • Tighten the plastic nut to the trim foot panel
   • Press on the door frame foot trim panel on
