Windshield Washer Fluid Sensor 2006-10 Dodge Ram

Hi. I'm Mike from 1A Auto and I’m here to talk to you about fluid level sensors. Here is a fluid level sensor that we removed from this 2008 Dodge Ram behind us.

They go into a washer bottle and the prongs basically sense, whether or not there is enough fluid level in there. When they can't, they send a little signal out, and it lights up a light on your dash.

These sensors, they can wear out over time and not work, but basically, at 1A Auto, this particular version is a Mopar part. Mopar is the original equipment brand of Dodge and Chrysler. When you see this symbol, actually, the people that made the part in this box or the people that made the part for Dodge, Plymouth, or Chrysler. As you would expect, it's the exact same part. From the sensor we removed from the vehicle, you just remove the grommet if it came out with it. Put it on the new one. The new part from 1A Auto is exactly like the original. It's going to install just like it.
