step 1 :Jacking Up the Vehicle
- Place the floor jack within the two arms in the pinch weld
- Place the jack stand on the subframe bracket

Got our Camry lifted on our two post lift. If I were going to do this on the ground, you can place your floor jack. There are two marks in the pinch weld. It's kind of hard to see with the lift arm here, but your floor jack would go here. You'd jack it up, and place the jack stand under this part of the sub-frame. Right here.
To support it on the ground. Same for the other side. You can either do one, or the other side, or both, if you're doing work on the front of the car. At the rear, there's two marks, in the pinch weld, on both sides. You'd use your floor jack, to jack it up here. You would place a jack stand right here, on either side, to lift up the rear of the car, so you can work on it. But if you're using a two post lift, these are where your arms go. That's how you raise and support the vehicle.
