Check out this video for some sagging door tips from Andy!
Is your door not closing properly, or it doesn't line up, or when you open the door, it tends to drop? That's what we're gonna talk about in this video. Over time, your door hinges and bushings are gonna wear out, and you're gonna notice some of those symptoms. You may even notice an air gap while you're going down the road, and even water leaks coming into the door. Well, on this vehicle, there's actually pins and bushings that wear out over time.
If you grab the edge of the door, you can move it like that and see that there's a lot of movement. That movement should not be there. When you see that, you know it's time to replace the pins and bushings. To replace these door pins, we're gonna need to take the door off, replace the pins and bushings, and put the door back on. We've got new door pins and bushings, and it closes and lines up perfectly. And it doesn't fall down when we open the door.
One way to prevent this from happening or prevent it from happening sooner than later is lubricating your door hinges regularly. If you enjoyed this video and it helped you out, make sure you subscribe to our channel. Ring that bell, turn on All Notifications so you don't miss any of our videos.
