Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a wiper arm on this 2004 Ford Crown Victoria, and we show you on the driver side but the passenger side wiper arm is the same procedure. The only tool you're going to need for this is a pair of pliers.
Pull back your wiper arm and, using your pliers, pull out this clip. Now your wiper arm will lift up and off. To take your blade off and put it on to your new wiper arm, you just want to push back this clip and then your wiper arm pulls out.
Push your new wiper arm into your blade, close that clip back down. Now push the wiper arm back into place. Once it's in place, pull back the wiper arm again and push that clip in. You're all set.
