How to replace broken windshield wiper arms to the Cadillac CTS, years 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, and 10.

step 1 :Removing the Wiper Arm
- Pry off the wiper arm cap by hand
- Remove the 15mm nut from the wiper arm stud
- Pull the wiper arm off the stud

step 2 :Removing the Wiper Blade
- Tilt the wiper blade back
- Push in the wiper blade
- Slide the blade off the wiper arm

step 3 :Installing the Wiper Blade
- Slide the blade onto the wiper arm
- Pull the blade on to lock it in place

step 4 :Installing the Wiper Arm
- Put the wiper arm onto the stud
- Fasten the 15mm nut onto the wiper arm stud
- Push on the wiper arm cap

In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a wiper arm on this 2005 Cadillac CTS. The only tool you'll need is a 15mm socket and ratchet.
At the bottom of your wiper arm, there's a small black cap. You want to just pry this right off and then remove the 15mm nut underneath it. Push down and pull up on the wiper arm until it pulls free. Put the wiper blade back and there's a tab right here. Just push that in and slide your wiper blade off and then slide it on to your new wiper arm. Pull up to lock it. Put your new wiper arm into place. Replace that 15mm nut. Tighten that up. Replace that cap and you're all set.
