The only item you'll need for this repair is a Phillips head screwdriver.
Fold down your sun visor. Pop it out of its retainer and rotate it until you can access all three of the Phillips head screws on the bracket. There are two here and one on the opposite side. Go ahead and remove those with a number 2 Phillips head screwdriver. Remove it from the vehicle.
The clip that supports the other side of the visor has one Phillips head screw, which can be reached through an access hole in the back. Remove the clip from the vehicle.
Reinstall the clip, supporting the screw with your screwdriver. Line it up, and reinstall the Phillips head screw in the back. There are two alignment tabs here for the bracket on the back side of the visor. These correspond with two notches up inside of the roof. Install it with the tabs aligned, and start your three Phillips head screws. Then tighten up all of your screws. Remember to support the visor so it stays aligned while you tighten the first screw down. Then you can release it to do the other two. Reclip your visor, and you're good to go.
