Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!

Move the front O2, we're going to make sure the engine is cool so we can handle it. Then I push down on this lock. Unplug the connector. Now, you need to remove this from the bowl bracket, and there's a lock there underneath. You can push it in and it will slide off the bracket. It makes it easier to disconnect.

So this is disconnected. We can use our O2 socket, and place it right on top. I'm using a breaker bar. Break it free. Once it's loose, you just spin it out of place. This O2 sensor's working just fine.

We're going to reuse it, we just wanted to show you how to remove it. I'm just going put a little copper anti-seize on there, on the sensor part. You do the same if you're installing a new one, if it didn't come with it already on there you add some copper anti-seize. Put it down into place. Use the O2 sensor socket. And we're just going to tighten it down until I feel that little push gasket squish. Now it's nice and tight. Just take our wires, plug it back into the connector.
