Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out and the next time you need a part for your vehicle think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.

In this video, we're going to show you how to replace the bulb and the entire assembly of your third brake light in this 2004 Chrysler Sebring. The only tools are going to need for this is a pair of pliers and a 10mm socket and ratchet.

On the back of your trunk here you'll see on this plastic panel there are four pins and to remove them you want to just pry out the centers of them. We use a pair of wire cutters; we don't actually cut the pins obviously. You can also use a flat blade screwdriver or Needle-nose pliers. You just want to pry up the center and then the whole clip would just pull out. Once you've got the pins out, you just want to lift your trunk release out of that plastic panel there.

To change your bulb, you just want to twist the socket out, bulb pulls right out, you want to push your new one into place and you just twist the socket back into the light. To replace the entire assembly you're just going to want to remove these two 10mm bolts, there's one there and one on the other side right there. We're going to fast forward as Don removes the socket and those two 10mm bolts. Once those bolts are removed, you can just pull your assembly down and out and you'll see here that the lens didn't actually come with the rest of the assembly, so all you've got to do is push that out.

Take your new third brake light assembly and just push that back up into place and we'll just fast forward as Don replaces those two 10mm bolts and twists the socket back into place. Now you take that plastic panel and put your trunk release back through it and push it into place, and then you just want to push those pins back into place, you just push the centers on them to lock them back in, and then push your trunk release back in and you're all set.

We hope this helps you out. Brought to you by www.1AAuto.com. Your source for quality replacement parts and the best service on the Internet. Please feel free to call us toll-free 888-844-3393. We're the company that's here for you on the Internet and in person.
