How To Replace Side Mirror 2007-14 GMC Sierra 3500

1. step 1 :Remove the triangle Interior trim panel 0:06

   • Use a trim tool to remove the triangle-shaped interior trim panel

2. step 2 :Remove the insulation 0:20

   • Reach inside the door pocket and remove the mirror insulation

3. step 3 :Remove the 10mm nuts 0:40

   • Remove the three10mm nuts
   • Hold the mirror to prevent it from falling

4. step 4 :Remove the mirror 1:43

   • Remove the mirror from the truck

5. step 5 :Reinstall the mirror 1:58

   • Line up the studs and slide the mirror onto the door
   • Loosely install the nuts onto the mounting studs

6. step 6 :Tighten the mirror to the door 2:57

   • Tighten the three 10mm mounting nuts on the mirror

7. step 7 :Reinstall the insulation 3:08

   • Reinstall the insulation in the door mirror pocket

8. step 8 :Reinstall the triangle mirror trim panel 3:20

   • Reinstall the triangle mirror trim panel by snapping it into the door panel using the clips

• 1/4 Inch Ratchet

  Socket Extensions

  10mm Wrench

  10mm Socket

  Telescope magnet

  Trim Tool Set
