step 1 :Removing the Wiper Arm
- Pry off the wiper arm cap with a flat blade screwdriver
- Remove the 13mm nut from the wiper arm
- Pull off the wiper arm
- Pry the wiper blade off the wiper arm with a flat blade screwdriver

step 2 :Installing the Wiper Arm
- Clip the wiper blade onto the wiper arm
- Put the wiper arm into place
- Fasten the 13mm nut onto the wiper arm
- Push on the wiper arm cap

In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a rear wiper arm on this 2010 Volvo XC60. The tools you'll need for this are a flat blade screwdriver and a 13mm socket and ratchet.
Start off by prying up this cap. Inside here is a 13mm nut, just go ahead and remove that. Then push your wiper arm in and out and then pull your wiper arm out and off.
Then just pry out on the blade to separate it from the arm, and then push it into place on your new wiper arm. Then just push your new wiper arm into place on the stud, line it up where you want it and then put that 13mm nut back on and tighten it up. Replace the cap and you're all set.
