How to repair, install, fix, change or replace a damaged, bent, or failing windshield wiper arm on 12 Chevy Traverse.

step 1 :Removing the Rear Windshield Wiper Arm
- Lift the cap on the wiper arm
- Remove the 13mm nut
- Lift the wiper arm off of the splines

step 2 :Installing the Rear Windshield Wiper Arm
- Insert the wiper arm onto the splines
- Tighten the 13mm nut
- Press the cap onto the wiper arm

Remove the wiper arm. Lift up this cap. 13 millimeter nut. Use our socket ratchet and hold on to the arm. Break it free. Take the nut off. Lift the arm up. Wiggle it, and it’ll come off the splines.
Reinstall the wiper arm. Sits horizontal on the window, just like that. Reinstall the nut. Socket ratchet to tighten it down. Get it snug, and then when I feel it tight, I will stop. I don't want to break off the shaft going into the motor. Replace the cover. That how you change the wiper arm.
