Here are the items you need for this repair: 19-24mm socket, ratchet, breaker bar, rust penetrant, hammer, torque wrench, jack, jack stands
With the vehicle on the ground and with a 19-mm socket or your tire iron, loosen up your lug nuts. Raise and support the vehicle. You can use jack and jack stands. We are using a lift. Remove the lug nuts the rest of the way, and remove the wheel and tire.
Now spray the toe links bolts. The nut and bolt are 24mm, so use as large of a breaker bar as you have, and loosen up the nut. 24mm bolt—this nut is held in place by a plate. So just get your breaker bar and socket on there, and we're moving.
Put the lug nuts back on here just to hold the disk in place, and then you want to support the outside of your suspension, and just jack it up enough. Watch that bolt, and you'll see it slide to the inside a little bit. Once it does that, it's free, and it'll come out. Remove the nut here.
That comes out. That comes off. Put the arm back in. Get this back in. Make sure this pin is correctly in the hole, and just get that started. Bring it down. You may have to just push. Adjust your jack. Then start the nut on.
For our preliminary alignment, you can see where the bolt was. What you can do is jack the car a little bit until the bolt gets in the right spot, and then tighten it up there. Again, that's a preliminary alignment. You'll want to get the vehicle aligned afterwards.
We've got the bolt pretty much where it should be. We'll just do a preliminary tighten right now. Torque to 203 foot-pounds. I'm just going to preliminarily tighten this one as well. Before you tighten this one up, raise your suspension up to the ride height by jacking it up. Torque to 203 foot-pounds. And put our suspension back down. Take your lug nuts back off.
Reinstall your wheel and tire. Put the vehicle back on the ground, and then tighten your lug nuts to 100 foot pounds using a star pattern.
