How to repair, install, fix, change or replace a damaged, worn out, faulty or shorted power window switch on Nissan Altima, years 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06.

step 1 :Removing the Window Switch
- Pry off the trim piece inside the door pull with a flat blade screwdriver
- Remove the Phillips head screw inside the door pull
- Pry up the window switch panel with a flat blade screwdriver
- Disconnect the window switch wiring harness
- Pry out the window switch tabs
- Push the window switch out of the switch panel

step 2 :Installing the Window Switch
- Push the switch into the switch panel
- Connect the window switch wiring harness
- Push in the window switch wiring harness
- Insert the Phillips screw into the door pull
- Push in the door pull trim piece

In this video, we show you how to replace the rear window switch on this 2003 Nissan Altima. We show you on the passenger side, but it's the same process on the driver side. The only tools that you're going to need for this are a flat blade screwdriver and a Phillips screwdriver.
In your pull cup here, there's a small little screw cover. Just pry that out and remove the Phillips screw that's under there. Now carefully pry up your switch panel. Then, disconnect the window switch by pushing on the tab on the harness. Pry out the tabs on either side of the window switch. Then the switch pulls right out.
Push your new window switch into place. Reconnect the harness and push the switch panel down into place. Replace the Phillips screw in the pull cup and the screw cover.
