Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and the next time you need a part for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to service the bulb as well as replace the entire assembly of a rear side marker light on this 2010 Volvo XC60. We show you on the passenger side, but the driver side is the same procedure. The only tool you need is a flat blade screwdriver or a pry tool.
Pry out on the back of your side marker light and slide it out.
Your socket for your bulb is right here. Twist it counterclockwise and pull it out. Then push the bulb in and turn it counterclockwise and pull it free.
Push your new bulb in and twist it clockwise to lock it. Then take either your old assembly or your new assembly and twist the socket in clockwise to lock.
Push the front in first and you're all set.
