Your rear wheel ABS sensor is right up on top of your rear axle. And this is really easy enough to do, just with the vehicle on the ground. We have it up on a lift, just to make it easy to film. It's right here. Use a small flat blade screwdriver. There's two ears on each side. Pry out, and pull off the connector. And then there's a 10mm bolt right on top. Remove that with a socket, ratchet and extension. Use a flat blade screwdriver, and make sure it's moving a little bit. Pry it carefully, and make sure it's moving and it's loose. You want to avoid breaking it, obviously. There you go. Once you get it twist a little bit, that's good. Make sure it's good and free. And then just try and pry it out evenly.

Now, we've got it up a little bit, we can evenly, on each side, pry up the screwdriver. If you get any dirt in here, try and get it to kind of scrape out. It comes up and out.

The original sensor from the vehicle. New sensor from 1AAuto. See it's exactly the same. Has the O-ring. It's got a mount. Connectors are the same.

Replace, and if you're having an issue with your rear ABS sensor, it'll fix your problem. Very carefully, I'm just going to wipe away any of this scale.

If you want to avoid getting it into the hole, then put a little bit of grease on our new sensor. Put it down into place. And as you get it in the last bit of the way, try and twist it. Install the 10 mm bolt. Tighten it up firm, then reconnect your harness.
