Be sure your vehicle is not hot when performing this procedure. When the vehicle has cooled, place your hand over the radiator cap, push down firmly, and rotate two clicks counterclockwise until you can remove the cap.
Now, one of the reasons you might want to replace these is this gasket down here, where the seal at the top goes bad and doesn't keep the correct pressure inside of your cooling system. This can create leaks, as well as issues with other components, your heat, and the temperature of the vehicle. So if yours isn't holding the proper pressure in the vehicle, this new cap from 1A Auto will simply pop on, push down, two clicks clockwise, and fix you up right.
Thanks for watching. Visit us at 1AAuto.com for quality auto parts, fast and free shipping, and the best customer service in the industry.
