Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.

In this video, we're going to show you how to replace the power mirror switch on this 2003 Honda Pilot. It's pretty much the same for any 2003 to 2008. The only tools you'll need are a flat blade screwdriver and a Phillips screwdriver.

You need to pry up the trim plate. There is a separation at the lower part. Put your flat blade screwdriver under there and pull up, and then it's also held in the front, but the whole thing should come up and out. Then you need to disconnect three harnesses. They all have little tabs. The first one, the tab is kind of facing the front of the vehicle. The second one, the tab faces the side. Then, on the blue one, the third one, the tab faces back.

The mirror switch pushes out at the bottom, and then there are a couple tabs. Just work a screwdriver in there, pry the panel away from the switch, and push firmly with your thumb at the same time. Unlock those tabs and push the switch out. Your replacement switch just pushes right back in place. Reconnect the three harnesses. Then when you push the whole panel back in place, set the front end first and then push the rest of it down and in.

Thanks for tuning in. We hope this video helped you out. Next time you need parts for your car, please visit 1AAuto.com. Also check out our other helpful how-to and diagnosis videos.
