The only tool you'll need is an interior trim tool kit, and you can get those from 1AAuto.com if you don't already have them. These plastic tools from 1AAuto really work well. If you didn't have them, you could use a screwdriver, but you do risk messing up your door panel.
Work the thinnest one underneath and then use a different one to pop the back clip first. Don't pull up this way. You want to try and pull up as straight as possible. I'm just going to work this one in and it comes up and out. Little tab here, disconnect.
The switch is held into the bezel with four little clips. It's just kind of a dance of getting them disconnected. You're just going to push on the switch from the back side, and then work your way around and release the tabs, and the switch comes out.
New switch, just goes right back in. Reconnect your lead.
Put it down in and snap it in place.
