How to replace a broken, damaged or burnt out license plate bulb to the 14 Toyota Tundra

  1. step 1 :Removing the License Plate Bulb
    • Turn the socket counterclockwise
    • Pull the bulb off the socket
  2. step 2 :Installing the License Plate Bulb
    • Push the bulb into the socket
    • Turn the socket clockwise

To get to the plate light bulb, you can reach underneath. You'll turn it counterclockwise to unlock it. Pull it out of the hole. You can pull it down. This one is actually burnt out. So take it out.

Put the new one in. So push it straight in and reach up. Put it back in the housing. You might have to turn it a little bit to find the openings for those little keys. Push it in and turn it counterclockwise to lock it.
